“We have just looked at the slide-show – WOW! We absolutely love them!!! We are so, so pleased thank you so much!! It was lovely to re-live the wedding again, especially looking at the pictures we had no idea were being taken! What a fantastic surprise!”
Rachel and David’s wedding was in October on a particularly lovely Autumnal day.Their wedding took place at The Church Of The Nativity of Blessed Virgin Mary – known locally as Studley Parish Church. We had photographed a wedding at church a few years back and had been given quite strict limitations on what we could photograph, however this time we were given a really friendly welcome and were given almost free reign (within reason) on how we could work. The attitude of the clergy or officiant at a wedding can really make a big difference and it’s always nice when we’re treated well.
With the family groups and a few quick pictures of the couple wrapped up, everyone made their way to the reception at Ardencote Manor. Here the wedding party relaxed with drinks while we took Rachel and David around the gardens for a short time. As this was an Autumn wedding, we got the majority of the ‘couple’ photos completed before the party went inside for the meal, but we had a really beautiful afternoon to use.
A gorgeous day, a fantastic couple and a brilliant wedding party. A big thank you to Rachel and David and all their guests 🙂
