How to order an album

If your wedding is approaching

An album can be added to your booking option easily.  Simple email us before your balance payment is due (1 month prior to wedding date) and we’ll take care of the rest.  The initial album payment will be added to your balance invoice.

Once your photos have been delivered we will be in touch to begin the album process with you and hand-hold you through the entire process.  You don’t need to be concerned with any options until after the wedding.

If your wedding has already taken place

We will lead you through the following steps:

  1. To begin, complete the form at the bottom of this page.
  2. We will invoice you for the first payment.  This can be made by bank transfer (preferred) or card.
  3. If you’d like, send us a list of ‘must have’ images.  This can be done by email or by marking the pictures as ‘favourites’ in your client gallery.  This step can be skipped if you’re happy for us to make the initial choices for you (you will of course be able to revise the choices).
  4. We will create the initial album layout design for you.  Expect this to take 2-3 weeks or longer during busier periods.
  5. We will provide a ‘proof’ for the design online and send you the details.  You can then look through it in your own time and request revisions to image choice and layout before approving and we will advise on the changes if necessary.
  6. Send your final choices for size, cover and other options and pay any outstanding balance.
  7. Sit back and relax while we do all the final preparations and get the album into production for you.  When we receive it we can arrange delivery or you can collect from us in Bromsgrove.

Album Order Form

Important: Please Read

Once you submit this form we will invoice you for the amount on your ‘Initial album size’ choice.

Additional options such as a size upgrade, increased page count, covers and packaging will be chosen later when you have approved your layout design.   You will be invoiced for these separately just before the album goes into production.
