Whether you’re planning a christening, a milestone birthday or a family celebration, having your event photographed means you can stay present and enjoy it – knowing the moments you might miss are being quietly taken care of.

We’re Robin and Sarah, a husband and wife photography team based in Bromsgrove.  We photograph private events across Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Birmingham and the wider Midlands. We bring the same documentary style to events that we use for weddings: observing rather than directing, and focusing on real interactions as they happen. Alongside this, we’re always happy to take a small number of relaxed group photographs if that’s important to you.

Birthday and anniversary celebrations

Milestone birthday and anniversary celebrations often bring together people who don’t see each other very often — family, close friends, and different generations in one place.

Our role is to photograph these occasions quietly and attentively, capturing the interactions and atmosphere as they unfold. We’re always happy to include a small number of relaxed group photographs, but the emphasis is on natural moments rather than direction.

Coverage is flexible and time-based, shaped around what you’re planning — from a couple of hours to capture key moments, through to longer coverage across the day.

Baptisms & Christenings

Baptisms and christenings are often centred around a short church ceremony, followed by time with family and friends — sometimes at home, sometimes at a nearby venue.

Photography usually focuses on guest arrivals, the ceremony itself, and a small number of family group photographs afterwards, keeping things calm and respectful throughout.

Most christenings and baptisms are covered by one photographer for around one to two hours, with the option to extend coverage if you’d like photographs at the reception or family gathering afterwards.

Pricing & availability

Private events are quoted individually, based on the type of event and the amount of coverage you’re looking for. Short-notice bookings are common, with pricing typically starting from £200.
