Each gallery requires a password
If you don’t know the password, please contact the couple or client. For privacy reasons, we do not give passwords out.
Usually, we keep client galleries available for 6 months. If you can’t find a particular gallery then it has probably expired. Contact us to see if the gallery can be reinstated.
Print & Product Orders
There is a postage charge of £5.00 for print orders. Our prints are all individually adjusted to look their best and printed by professional labs. Prints are supplied bare (i.e. just the print in packaging) and sent from the printing lab directly to your home. Delivery time is usually a few days however it may take longer during our busiest periods.
If you’re ordering a canvas, wall art or album then the production time is a little longer and postage is included in the price.
Our card payments are securely handled by Stripe. We do not store or have any access to your card details.
