When Hannah and Alex’s wedding date got affected by the pandemic in 2020 they wisely pushed their date back two years. There’s was a quite a large wedding with many of their friends and family flying in from overseas, so it made sense to be extra cautious. Their chosen venues were St Peter’s church in the village of Dunchurch and the gorgeous Wethele Manor for the reception.
Hannah and girls started their day at Wethele Manor, using one of the chalets next to the pond. Alex and the fellas chose a glamping site a short drive away. As usual, Robin was with the ladies and Sarah with the men for the first part of the wedding day.
Dunchurch is a busy village situated about 10 miles from Wethele Manor. St Peter’s church is just off the main high street and is really quite lovely with it’s long path leading up to the entrance and huge interior arches. As everyone exited the church after the ceremony, the sun was dazzling bright and hot as everyone congratulated the couple.
Wethele Manor is always a joy to photograph at. The beautiful farm house, gardens and wider farm grounds make for a stunning rustic backdrop for a summer wedding and Hannah and Alex’s was no exception. From the drinks reception, to the meal and speeches, the early evening relaxation and of course the couple photo shoot, this was a fantastic wedding photograph. A really big thank you to Alex and Hannah.
